Hiring Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our recruitment process consists of two stages and includes a comprehensive review of qualifications, references, and background verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Minimum three (3) years of professional painting experience (verifiable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Completion of the 3 Kings Painting Services Employment Application<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Submission of two (2) professional work references<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Submission of one (1) personal character reference<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Valid government-issued identification<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Consent to a professional background and security screening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Application Review<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Once your application has been submitted, our Human Resources Department will review your information and contact you to verify qualifications and gather any additional details required to complete your profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Reference checks and background screening are conducted to verify identity, employment history, professionalism, and suitability for client-facing work environments.
    The screening process typically requires approximately ten (10) business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


    Applicants who successfully complete Stage One will proceed to Stage Two.<\/p>\n<\/div>
