Company Affiliation & Service Level Agreement Overview
At 3 Kings Painting Services, we understand that exceptional customer experiences are created through exceptional partnerships
The Pro Painter Program™ was established to unite skilled painting professionals and reputable painting companies under a shared commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
We actively seek established painting companies that demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a proven record of quality workmanship. Through strategic affiliation, our partners gain access to project opportunities, operational support, and the strength of a recognized industry network.
Affiliate Partner Qualification Process
To protect our clients, maintain service excellence, and preserve the integrity of our brand, all prospective affiliate companies undergo a comprehensive two-stage qualification process.
Stage One: Company Qualification Review
Minimum Requirements:
• Registered business operating for a minimum of one (1) year
• Completed Affiliate Partner Application
• Proof of Business Registration
• One (1) Business Reference
• Two (2) Client References
• Proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000
• Consent for Corporate Background Verification
• Online Reputation and Service Review Assessment
Qualification Assessment
Each applicant is evaluated based on:
• Business stability
• Industry experience
• Professional reputation
• Customer satisfaction history
• Compliance standards
• Service quality indicators
Applicants who successfully complete Stage One will proceed to Affiliate Integration.
Stage Two: Affiliate
Upon approval, affiliate companies will receive the following Integration package:
Required Documentation
• Affiliate Service Agreement
• Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Tax Compliance and Independent Contractor Documentation
• Company Information Verification Forms
Activation Process
Upon execution of all required agreements:
• Affiliate Welcome Package is issued
• Company profile is activated within our affiliate network
• Partner companies are added to the Project Dispatch System
• Project opportunities become available based on qualifications, service areas, and scheduling availability
Application Review Timeline
Following submission of your application, our Human Resources Department will conduct a verification review.
This process includes:
• Reference validation
• Corporate background screening
• Insurance verification
• Reputation review
• Operational capability assessment
The review process typically requires 5–7 business days.
Qualified applicants will be contacted by an HR Manager to finalize affiliate integration and execute the Affiliate Service Agreement.

Affiliate partners agree to:
• Honor all commitments
• Protect customer interests
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Represent themselves professionally at all times
• Conduct business ethically and honestly.
Operational Excellence

Formal affiliate reviews are conducted every six (6) months to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and mutual growth.
Collaborative Problem Resolution
Construction and painting projects occasionally present unforeseen challenges.
When disputes, customer concerns, or operational issues arise, both parties agree to engage in good-faith collaboration to achieve timely and professional resolutions.
3 Kings Painting Services provides Conflict Resolution Support to assist affiliates in maintaining positive customer outcomes.
