Who We Hire
We support local Ontario professional, only talented painter make the team. However there are strict criteria and protocols to become a part of our team, but if you’re successful it’s worth it.
Our hiring process is as stringent because we are discerning in who we allow to represent 3 Kings Painting Service in the field and potentially who we allow to enter your home, around your families. We hire subcontractors through our company’s “PPP” or “Pro Painter Program” and individual in-house painters on payroll. Each hire must successfully pass a list of set standard criteria, which includes but not limited to a background check and a probation period. All applicant painters must have three work references, provide valid government issued ID and pass the personal background check. Once all criteria are passed, including the 90 day probation period for in-house painter a permanent position with benefits will be offered
There is however a different set of protocols and additional criteria required for businesses registering through the “PPP” or “Pro Painting Program”. First, proof of business CRA registration, then proof of company liability insurance. A customer inquiry review online will be conducted of the owners and the provided government company NAME. Once all criteria are passed, including the 30 day probation period a permanent position will be offered. There will be no deductions to any payment made to subcontractor under the “PPP” Each individual operator will be responsible for their own tax deductions.
