Painters have the choice of one, of two tiers by which to represent 3 Kings Painting Services in the field. There are the directly hired, which has benefits, tax deduction and on a weekly payroll. Then there is our Pro Painter Program, which is an affiliation offer to local Ontario painters with their own insured company’s.
At 3 Kings Painting Services both tiers of workers, are their own boss. First you choose only the jobs you are comfortable and confident in completing successfully. Then you are responsible for contacting the customer, punctually showing up and professionally complete the job. Here at 3 Kings painting Services satisfaction is everything, to our customers and to our painting crews, All payments are paid per project, so here we are efficient workers making most jobs take (1) day and big projects taking (2 – 3) days only.
We welcome professional expert painters to our affiliate Pro Painters Program that not only leave flawless finishes, but lucid thinkers that are customer oriented with good communication skills. Painters that excel with 3 Kings Painting Service possess three main attributes, honesty, integrity and reliability. Special attention to details is taken on each project residential or commercial because customer satisfaction pays.
Our hiring process
We deliver top-notch professional painting services, so individual experts with diligent work ethics and integrity are required.
Applicants can register for the Pro Painter Program, or apply as a hired painter by filling the relevant application information and submitting supporting documentation.
To ensure customer safety and company integrity, 3 Kings Painting Services has a meticulous screening process. Our hiring protocol requires a back-ground check on the individual or company applying. You will be contact by our office to verify the information provided and to gather any other details to complete your application profile. Your provided references along with consent to do a background check will be required in the application to verify your identity and professional track record to date. Once the verification process is successfully passed, you will be contacted to sign the affiliate “Pro Painter Program Subcontractors” agreement. This document acknowledges your agreement to represent 3 Kings Painting Services in the field as a painter or affiliated company and to adhere to the mandated production protocol of the company. There is a thirty day probation period, to assess work quality and customer feedback of interactions.

Reasons To Join The Pro Painter Program
- EFFICIENT PROCESS: Time is valuable to us all – We double check, arrange and document everything with the client before you go to a job site.
- BE YOUR BOSS: There are no minimum number of jobs that must be completed. You choose only the jobs for which you are available and confident to complete.
- NO HIDDEN FEES: There is only one fee, this approximately equals 30% of each customers invoice. This is taken when the customer pays their invoice.
- EARN FAIR WAGES: Painter will be paid approximately 70% of each customers invoice, for each successfully completed job. This will be e-transfer or deposited directly to pre-arranged account.

- If you are reliable enough to complete whatever job you start.
- If you have successfully painted residential and commercial building.
- If you can directly dealing with customers, on phone calls or inperson.
- If you can prep – Covering floors, furniture and appliances properly.
- If you can prep – Tapping, sanding, clean edges and clean up properly.
- If you can prep – Remove or apply stucco, repair cracks and wholes.
- If you can paint using brushes, rollers or spraying.
